Two Years

Wow, I never kept up with this blog. We've had Hallie for almost two years. She's such a sweetheart. Very smart and loving. Good inside and getting better outside (although I doubt we will ever be able to allow her off leash). Such a good dog!

Hallie Gets a New Home

So after our beloved dog Toby passed, we debated getting another dog. But finally we decided to and began searching shelters. Then, we found Hallie (known in the shelter as Nicky). We really liked her but she could not be cat-tested because of a parvo outbreak in the stray room. So we left and kept looking on the shelter website for when she would be available for adoption. She never appeared. I called and found out that a rescue had taken her from the shelter. So we called them and within a few days, we brought Hallie home.
